“ Everything was great! My girls took me out to celebrate my birthday, and the servers got me a surprise with meatball and candle. The servers were very welcome and the food is excellent. We decided to have garlic bread and clam toast for the appetizer And the lamb lasagna for my entree, butterscotch boudin for my dessert. Butterscotch isn’t a good choice if u’re not a sweet-tooth. Overall everything is great! ”
“ Fun fact is we ended up eating appetizers here one night and pizza/pasta a second night because we had to make a show the earlier night. Overall, one of my favourite restaurants in NOLA. The pizza, appetizers, and crowd were absolutely phenomenal. ”
“ Went to Gianna Sunday night after Valentine’s Day. Love Italian food and they did not disappoint! Anna our server was so sweet and attentive. Had some great suggestions on the menu. I tried the roasted mushroom pizza, the Gnocchi on their special’s list and the fried calamari which was perfectly cooked. Joe was super helpful with making a wine selection for dinner! ”
“ Comfortable, classy with a casual atmosphere in the CBD. Love the warehouse/ SOHO feel to this part of NOLA. Service , drinks and food were all excellent. Food and drinks are priced fairly, and are definitely a value They have a big oval bar with plenty of seating if you like to dine at the bar. We eat plenty of Italian food and this is on par with NY Italian restaurants. The apps were delicious. We had meatballs, garlic bread and the clam toast. Sometimes a restaurants second course doesn’t live up to the first course, but NOT here. The kids had pizza , great cheese and sauce with the right amount of char on the crust. We also had the pork Milanese, delicious and big enough to share, the sausage campanelle and brisket angnlotti. Both were excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return. ”
“ Extremely impressed from start to finish. Restaurant is quiet and intimate, a great spot for date night. Service is quick and friendly. Drinks were delicious, and the bartender was happy to make a non-alcoholic version from their cocktail menu. The food was incredible. The pizza and pastas were great, and the beets were surprisingly good. The saltimbocca stole the show. We were too full for dessert, but I have no doubt that would be delicious as well, given the rest of the experience. ”
“ It’s really a nice place to have the birthday lunch. They are very considerate to prepare special menu and birthday meatball. The cuisines we ordered are all delicious. Love the flavor of the pizza most! ”
“ The enchanting atmosphere and authentic, delicious food were top quality. I loved the tables, the pictures on the wall, their music, and I can't forget the paper towels in the restroom. It's the minor details that enhance and perfect the bigger picture. Beautifully done ”
“ I can’t express enough words about how meaningful this dining experience was. We ate like a family in a dim lighting atmosphere and tried 20 courses! They did not miss on everything single thing we tried, including the espresso. The food was delightful, balanced and well thought out. Every ingredient was planned. I would highly advise you to go eat here. The service was 10/10! I’ve travelled the world and these dishes will always speak volume every time I come to New Orleans! FYI I’ve been coming to NO for 22 years! It’s a must! It was so good I only took pictures of the desserts! ”
